Warranty Information

Endoplus instruments carry a one year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Instruments returned for warranty service which Endoplus determines to be defective in materials or workmanship will either be repaired or replaced by Endoplus without charge. This warranty is void if the instrument has been used for purposes other than intended, damaged by misuse or accident or has been repaired or altered by unauthorized persons. Regardless of age, if any Endoplus device needs service, return it to Endoplus 


Repair Service

 All devices being returned to Endoplus for any reason must be cleaned and sterilized prior to shipment. 

How to return instruments to Endoplus:

  1. Obtain an RGA number by calling (800) 236-5972 or emailing customer service (orders@endoplususa.com) unless product is a demo. Please use the ship date as an RGA number for returning demos.
  2. Print and fill out the Product Return Safety Form
  3. Attach completed Product Return Safety Form indicating sterilization of instruments to OUTSIDE of box in form of a packing list. If Product Return Safety Form is absent from the outside of the box or form indicates instruments have not been sterilized, package will be returned to sender at sender’s cost without being opened. In addition, if product is a demo, sender will be charged for the price of the instrument.
